Ingredients You’ll Need
Gather your ingredients for this simple yet delicious air fryer potato slices recipe. With pantry staples and a dash of creativity, you’ll have a wholesome snack in no time.
List of Ingredients:
- Potatoes: Any type of potatoes can be used to make this crispy potato slices recipe. However, I recommend using Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes as they are high in starch content, mealy, have white flesh and great for air frying.
- Spice powders: Spice powders like garlic powder, paprika, red chili flakes and black pepper powder are used in coating the potatoes. These enhance the taste and flavor. Quantity of spice powders can be slightly altered. If you want more spice, you can use ½ teaspoon black pepper powder instead of using ¼ teaspoon.
- Oil: I have used olive oil in air frying the thick potato slices. Olive oil adds flavor and helps to make crispy potatoes.
- Parsley: Parsley is added for garnish and is an optional ingredient.
- Salt: Salt is added for taste. You may adjust salt as per your taste.
