What goes in making copycat bang bang sauce?
- Mayonnaise: I have used low-fat mayo in this recipe. You may replace regular mayo with vegan mayo to make this vegan bang bang sauce.
- Sriracha: Sriracha sauce gives the much-needed spicy kick to the sauce. Just adding 1 tablespoon of this to mayo does not make the sauce too spicy but adds enough kick.
- Thai sweet chili sauce: This sweet chili sauce is the main ingredient and adds sweetness and spice.
- Pepper powder: I have added little pepper powder to make it a bit spicier. However, this is optional.
