Fruit Custard recipe with custard powder is an easy dessert recipe which can be prepared at home. This custard dessert is also known as fruit salad with custard. Fruits like mango, chickoo, apple, banana, papaya and pomegranate can be added. I have given a twist to the fruit custard by adding yummy BeeTee’s melt in mouth chocolate.
BeeTee’s Melt chocolate:
BeeTee’s Melt chocolate is a vegan chocolate brand from Chennai, India. Apart from being vegan, they are also soy free and gluten-free. They don’t separate cacao butter from beans while making the chocolates and hence the chocolates just melt in mouth. They are a bean to bar chocolate manufacturer. The chocolates are 100% preservative free, refined sugar free and are 100% vegetarian.
The Chocolates from BeeTee’s Melt come in 3 varieties namely:
- 54% Coconut Milk Chocolate
- 48% Milk Chocolate
- 72% Dark Chocolate
Each of the chocolate bar has a rich, beautiful and delightful taste which is irresistible. I have used the BeeTee’s Coconut Milk Chocolate in today’s recipe as I loved it. The kid loved the Milk chocolate. Dark chocolates are my husband’s personal favorite and he just loved it. Despite having 72% cacao, this dark chocolate was not over the top bitter or chalky. It was just sweet and bitter.
Apart from simply eating it whenever you feel like, feel free to add chocolates to recipe just like how I did today. Each of the chocolates come in bars of 55 grams in weight and costs Rs. 280 each. You can purchase them from BeeTee’s Melt Chocolate website.
