- Dates: Use superior quality seedless dates. If the dates, have seeds, remove, and discard it before using. You may use wet or dry dates. I have used wet dates in this dates milk recipe. If you are using dry dates, just soak it in warm water for 10 minutes before adding it to make milkshake.
- Milk: If you are on a weight loss diet, you can use low fat milk in this khajoor shake. Alternatively, if you are looking for vegan beverage options, you can use soy milk or almond milk.
