Ever since Paradise Food Court opened in Bangalore, we have been a regular customer there. Whenever I feel like eating Hyderabadi biryani, Paradise is the first name which comes to my mind. Whenever some guests visit us from Goa, I take them to Paradise to taste the authentic Hyderabadi biryani. But along with the chicken biryani, we also take some kebabs as sides. My daughter loves the chicken kebabs from Paradise, especially the chicken tikka kebab. So when I was invited for this ‘Hot n Juicy Kebab Festival’ at Paradise, I could not say NO.
Paradise is a 64-year old legacy brand synonymous with Hyderabadi Biryani. They are currently hosting the third inning of their Kebab festival ‘Hot n Juicy Kebab Festival’ across all outlets in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Visakhapatnam. 22 varieties of kebabs from across the length and breadth of the country are presented at this kebabalicious festival. You can order these kebabs from all the dine-in restaurants, takeaways and their delivery partners like Swiggy, Foodpanda and Zomato.
About Kebabs:
Most of you know that kebabs originated in Turkey. They travelled across the Asian continent and came to India. Very soon, kebabs became a part of the Mughlai cuisine. Various aromatic spices peculiar to Indian regions were used to marinate the kebabs by the locals. This ‘Hot n Juicy Kebab Festival’ at Paradise is an effort to showcase and celebrate the diverse variety of kebabs.
At the ‘Hot n Juicy Kebab Festival’, we were greeted with the famous Paradise Chai. Followed by this the corporate chef of Paradise, Chef Saurabh Saxena addressed us. He had specially flown down from Hyderabad to host the ‘Hot n Juicy Kebab Festival’ at Paradise. He says that kebabs are best savoured during monsoons and make a great beginning to a meal.
We were then served with 13 different types of kebabs ranging from crunchy, soft, tender and melt in mouth.
The Paradise Hot n Juicy Kebab Festival has 12 new delectable and rare kebabs like:
Barkas Rubina – Cashew marinated prawns with an aromatic marinade.
Mutton Shooleh – Succulent lamb pieces soaked in yogurt marinade and scented with cloves.

Paneer Lolly – Deep fried sesame crusted paneer fingers.

I loved Makhmali Seekh, Barkas Rubina and Dhuandaar Pankhudi. After tasting the kebabs, the USP of Paradise that is chicken and mutton Biryani was served to us along with fresh lime soda. I love Paradise Hyderabadi biryani and always order the double masala or medium spicy one. I was full at the end of the meal and did not have place in tummy for desserts 🙂
