Pear pomegranate salad is a healthy salad recipe which can be served for any meal – either breakfast, lunch, snacks, or dinner along with other dishes. The pear salad is made with simple ingredients which are easily available in the pantry and gets ready in just 5 minutes.
I love to serve Thanksgiving salad pear pomegranate with some air fryer potato wedges and pumpkin soup. You can even serve it with nachos or as a topping with canape.

Pears are an excellent source of fiber which helps digestion, reduces cholesterol, and hence reduces the risk of coronary heart diseases and type II diabetes. Also, pears are an excellent source of vitamin C. They also aid in weight loss and weight management.
Pomegranates are rich in antioxidants and help aid immunity. It also helps fight diabetes and maintains blood pressure. Consumption of pomegranate helps in digestion and makes the skin.
Best time to eat pomegranate is early in the morning. So, you can make this pomegranate pear salad for breakfast or have a cup of pomegranate juice too.
You may also add some walnuts and make Pomegranate pear salad with walnuts. Another variation would be to add some baby spinach. It is a promising idea to add lemon juice to spinach, pear pomegranate salad dressing. I always love to keep my salad dressings to a minimal.

- Lettuce: Few pieces of torn lettuce are also added in this easy pomegranate salad. You can add some baby spinach too.
- Seasoning & dressing: For seasoning black pepper powder is added and for dressing, I have used simple lemon juice.

Steps to make easy pomegranate salad recipe with pears:
- Wash, core and chop the pears into cubes.
- Take a mixing bowl and add the pomegranate arils, chopped pears, torn lettuce, black pepper powder and lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve fresh.

- 1 pear
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds/arils
- 1/2 cup lettuce torn or chopped
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
