Mango Popsicle were on my mind since a long time. I have been making ice-creams and kulfis since years, but somehow they never made to the blog. Reason – they were immediately consumed by my family due to excitement. This is the season of mangoes in India and this is the perfect time to try this easy, simple and delicious Mango Popsicle with milk recipe.
This Mango Popsicles Indian recipe is also a great way to make the kid eat mango. There are no preservatives added to these popsicles. The moment my daughter saw these popsicles, she came running to eat them all. I gave it to her guilt free as I myself know how healthy they are. I also make this mango jam every season and that too I give to her guilt free 😉

Mango Popsicles are a great way to make the kids eat mangoes.
Mangoes are rich in lots of vitamins specially vitamin C and vitamin A. They are fat-free and cholesterol-free. Eating mangoes also saves one from having a heat stroke. You can have mango milkshake after returning from work or school and feel refreshed.
It is said that one should eat the fruits which are in season. I make different types of recipes with mangoes apart from eating them whole as a fruit. This amlechi uddamethi made with raw mango and ghotachem sansaav made with small pulpy ripe mangoes are a hit in my house every season.
How do we make mango popsicles?
- Take the mixer blending jar and add the frozen cubed mango, milk and sugar and whip it for 5 minutes.
Do not add water. - Pour the blended mango into the Popsicle molds and freeze overnight or for 5 to 7 hours.
- To release the mango pops from molds, place the mango popsicle under running water for few seconds and wiggle them out of the plastic molds.

- 2 ripe mangoes peeled, cubed and frozen
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar Optional

It depends on the size of mango cubes. You can use 1.5 cups mango.
