Happy Valentine’s Day to all.
Looks lovely, Raksha! I have been wanting to make Phirni for sometime now.. I have read recipes that call for soaking the rice before grinding. If i am trying it your way, can i substitute it with rice flour, instead?
Raksha,
Phirni with strawberry combination looks simply awesome. Great preparation.

That really looks beautiful dear. luv the color.
Wow…looks yummy and delicious..
Special treat on this special occasion.
It looks very appealing, I'm little worried, rose syrup could ruin the firni taste.
I guess firni should be solid & dry, can't say until get a chance to taste it.
