Lassi is an Indian drink and most of the people love to drink it. This is mostly had during summers. Majority of the homes in Northern India make lassi everyday and have it after meals. It has number of health benefits apart from cooling the body.
There are various flavors of lassi. Sweet lassi, salty lassi, mango lassi, etc. But have you ever imagined a lassi with rose flavour and mint? Yup, I tried it today in my kitchen and I should say that it turned yummy.
The rose, mint and cardamon flavour blended well and the dash of black salt made this even more yummy.
Serve this refreshing drink with ice cubes. It would really look great if served in this cool Bamboo Bash highball glassed from UrbanDazzle. This post is my third entry for the Urbandazzle– Indian Food Bloggers Meet Monsoon/ Summer Cocktail (or Mocktail) Contest.
