I came upon this blog after a mushroom search! Very interesting. 🙂
I am part Italian but I am married to someone from India(we live in the US). A very creative and tasty sounding recipe. Usually we(well in my family) would just cook the pasta, heat and add sauce and the finishing touch is grated Parmesan or, my favorite for pasta, Romano grated cheese. Garlic bread on the side and maybe some more protein. I did have a more interesting pasta like yours once while I was visiting India. Anyway, nice blog! 🙂
