- Spread 4 tablespoon of mayo over the tortilla.
- Spread 2 tablespoon of cheese all over.
- Now top this with the chopped vegetables.
- First arrange the slit baby corn equidistant from one another in a circle.
- Then spread chopped tomato, onion Julienne and chopped bell pepper all over.
- Top this with few chopped basil leaves.
- Spread a generous amount of cheese all over.
- Bake this pizza for 10 minutes at 200 C or until the edges appear brownish and crispy.
- Garnish with rosemary twig, Italian seasoning or oregano and red chilli flakes.

Ingredients
- 2 tortilla
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium-sized tomato de-seeded and chopped into pieces
- 1 medium-sized onion Julienne
- ½ red bell pepper Julienne
- ½ green bell pepper Julienne
- ½ yellow bell pepper Julienne
- 6 baby corn slit into halves
- 10 basil leaves Julienne
For Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon red chilli flake
- A twig of rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes at 200 C.
