Wash mushrooms and pat dry. Slice the mushrooms evenly.

In a mixing bowl, add sliced mushroom, garlic powder, black pepper powder,  salt and olive oil and toss.

Add soy sauce and toss.

Air fry for 7 minutes at 200C or 392 F. At halfway through, open the air fryer basket, shake it, and spread evenly.

Air fryer mushrooms are ready. Garnish with parsley and lemon slice and serve.
