Wash the potatoes and peel them.  Cut the potatoes lengthwise into half and then cut them into wedges.

– Soak them in water for 20 minutes. This removes the starch and helps make the fries crispy.

Pat dry using paper towel after soaking and before adding the seasoning.

In a mixing bowl, add the potato wedges, garlic powder, black pepper powder, parsley, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, olive oil and toss well.

Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 20 minutes at 200C or 392 F.
