Boil egg Lo Mein noodles al dente or as per packet instructions.

Drain boiled noodles on colander.

Heat a kadai or wok and add oil. After oil gets heated, add garlic.

Add vegetables like onion, bell pepper, carrot, green beans and stir.

Add mushroom and mix well.

Take a small bowl and add sriracha sauce, soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste, sesame oil and sugar. Keep it aside.

Add sauce to vegetables and mix well.

Add noodles to the wok and toss.

Garnish with spring onion greens.
