– Wash okra and pat dry. Remove all traces of water from the okra. – Cut the stem and discard. Then slit the okra into two pieces. Do not de-seed.

– Toss the okra, spices namely coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili flakes and salt.

Add chickpea flour and oil.

Place the okra in air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry at 200 C or 392F at 12 minutes shaking halfway through at around 5 minutes.

Serve with  lemon slices.
