Wash and chop the strawberries.

Make puree by adding chopped strawberries in a blender.

Heat a kadai or wok and add ghee.

Add raisins and cashewnuts. Remove and keep aside after raisins puff and cashewnuts turn brownish.

Add rava or semolina or sooji and roast till aromatic.

Add sugar and mix well.

Add hot water and stir immediately.

Add strawberry puree when rava starts leaving sides.

Add fried raisins and cashewnuts.

Add cardamom powder.

Mix well.

Colour changes immediately after mixing.

To serve - Add in a small bowl and invert on a plate.
