Wash mushrooms and pat dry.
Slice the mushrooms evenly.
In a mixing bowl, add sliced mushroom, garlic powder, black pepper powder, soy sauce, salt and olive oil and toss.
Pre-heat the air fryer for 4 minutes at 200C or 392 F.
Add the mushroom slices in air fryer and spread evenly.
Air fryer for 7 minutes at 200C or 392 F. At halfway through, open the air fryer basket, shake it, and spread evenly.
Garnish with finely chopped parsley or any other herbs.
Serve with a slice or wedge of lemon.
