Wash the mushrooms gently. Separate the stems from the mushroom caps. Finely chop the mushroom stems.
Heat a pan and add oil.
After oil gets heated, add finely chopped onion and fry till it turns pinkish.
Add chopped garlic and fry till raw smell of garlic goes away.
Now add chopped tomatoes and fry till they turn mushy.
Add the mushroom stems, close the pan and cook for 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes, stir and add the sauces and cook for 5 minutes. Switch off the gas.
Add the pizza seasoning, black pepper powder and garlic powder and mix well.
Remove the stuffing from the pan and add it to a bowl.
Add grated cheddar cheese to the stuffing and mix nicely.
Apply butter to the mushroom caps on both sides.
Take little bit of stuffing and nicely stuff the mushroom cap with it.
Now let us prepare the air fryer basket:
Apply little butter to the air fryer basket.
One by one placed the stuffed mushroom caps inside the air fryer basket.
Add some cheese on top of the stuffed mushrooms.
Place the air fryer basket inside the air fryer and close it.
Air fry for 8 minutes at 180C.
After the timer beeps, open the air fryer basket.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
