Amla Juice Recipe

Amla juice or Indian gooseberry juice is a healthy juice with numerous health benefits. This is an easy and best amla juice which can be made at home with 2simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams amla /15 Indian gooseberry
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Wash and chop the amla fruit into small pieces. Discard the seeds.
  • Blend the mixture in a mixer or hand blender by adding water.
  • Pass it through a sieve or a thin muslin cloth.
  • Discard the pulp and preserve the juice.

Notes

If you wish, you can mix some lemon juice and drink this juice.
