amla /15 Indian gooseberry

water
Instructions
Wash and chop the amla fruit into small pieces. Discard the seeds.
Blend the mixture in a mixer or hand blender by adding water.
Pass it through a sieve or a thin muslin cloth.
Discard the pulp and preserve the juice.
Notes
If you wish, you can mix some lemon juice and drink this juice.
