Boil the broccoli separately, drain and keep it aside.
Heat a skillet and add oil.
After oil gets heated, add onion and sauté till it turns pinkish.
Mix minced garlic and sauté till raw smell of garlic goes away.
Add tomato and sauté till it turns mushy.
Next, add red bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped mushroom and mix. Let mushrooms turn sweaty.
Mix boiled broccoli into this and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Add paprika or red chili powder, mayo, soy sauce and mix well.
Taste and add salt.
