Broccoli Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 15 button mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli chopped uniformly
  • 1/2 red bell pepper julienne
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 8 garlic pods minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Tandoori mayo or any other mayo
  • To taste salt
  • 2 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  • Boil the broccoli separately, drain and keep it aside.
  • Heat a skillet and add oil.
  • After oil gets heated, add onion and sauté till it turns pinkish.
  • Mix minced garlic and sauté till raw smell of garlic goes away.
  • Add tomato and sauté till it turns mushy.
  • Next, add red bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add chopped mushroom and mix. Let mushrooms turn sweaty.
  • Mix boiled broccoli into this and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add paprika or red chili powder, mayo, soy sauce and mix well.
  • Taste and add salt.
