Chili Garlic Toast
Chili garlic toast is a quick and easy under 15 minute breakfast recipe. You can even have it for snacks during evening tea time.

- 6 tablespoon herbed butter
- 10 garlic pods minced
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- 4 multi-grain bread slices
Melt butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. If it is already melted, then skip this step.
Add minced garlic and finely chopped green chili to the melted butter.
Apply on one side of bread and grill it on a Panini grill press for 5 minutes or until it is crispy.
Garnish with Italian seasoning and serve hot with ketchup.
- You can add cheese before grilling to make it chili garlic toast with cheese.
- You can substitute green chilies for paprika.
