Slit the baby corn and cut into 1 to 1- and 1/2-inch pieces.
Boil the chopped baby corn in water for 5 minutes.
Drain the water and add the baby corn to a mixing bowl.
Add corn flour, rice flour and besan.
Add the spices, ginger-garlic paste, salt and water and mix well.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Ensure that the baby corn is coated with the flour and masala.
Coat the air fryer basket with oil.
Pre-heat the air fryer basket for 5 minutes at 180 C.
After pre-heating, open the air fryer basket and carefully spread the masala coated baby corn.
Close the basket.
Air fry for 8 minutes at 200C.
After 5 minutes, open the air fryer basket and flip the baby corn and continue till done. Enjoy crispy air fried baby corn.
