Dates Milkshake | Dates Shake

Dates milkshake recipe or dates shake is a healthy milkshake recipe prepared with just2 ingredients that is dates and milk. This healthy dates shake is a sugar free milk shake and is also known as khajoor shake or khajoor milk and is an energy-booster milkshake.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dates de-seeded
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender or mixer.
  • Blend to make smooth milkshake.
  • You may add vanilla ice-cream or ice cubes.
  • Top with few chopped dry fruits and serve.

Notes

Addition of sugar is optional as dates are sweet. You can increase the sugar quantity to 2 teaspoon if you wish.
