Goan Radish Curry | Goan Moolyacho Ross

Moolyacho ross is a mildly spiced vegan radish curry made with radish, lentils (split pigeon peas), onion, spices and coconut. If you don't add onion to this radish and lentil curry, it becomes no onion no garlic radish curry. In Goan language, radish is known as "moolo" and "ross" means curry. Hence this vegan Goan radish curry is known as moolyacho ross.
