Ingredients

  • 1 packet of spoilt milk

Instructions

  • Strain the spoilt milk or broken milk or curdled milk using a muslin cloth. Let all the whey get drained. Keep a strainer below the muslin cloth. This makes draining whey easier.
  • Paneer/cottage cheese gets collected in muslin cloth. Tie it tightly and keep heavy weight on top it.
  • Let it remain tightly tied for 6-8 hrs.
  • When you untie the muslin cloth, you will get paneer or cottage cheese. Cut this into cubes and use this to make a variety dish. This can stay fresh in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
  • So now you know how to make paneer out of spoilt milk. Enjoy!
