Soak rawa and rice flour in 1 and 1/2 cups water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, drain the excess water. Be careful while draining the water. Only the water should be drained slowly else rava will also start flowing out.
To a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients listed above and mix properly.
Adjust salt according to your taste.
Heat a frying pan or tava or griddle and spread 1 teaspoon ghee. Take one fist full of batter in your hands or in ladle and spread it on the frying pan using your finger tips.
Close the frying pan with lid for 5 minutes.
Spread 1 teaspoon ghee on the upper side and flip after 10 minutes.
Fry on both the sides till it turns slightly brownish on both sides.

Serve it with chutney. We prefer it plain.
The more you soak the rava, the softer the bhakri or flat-bread becomes.
