Extract pulp from 1 mango.
Pour the pulp in a blender and make a smooth puree.
Add sugar and blend well.
Take an empty bowl and keep it in fridge. After the bowl is cold, pour cream in it.
Using the hand blender, whip the cream till soft peaks are formed.
Mix the mango pulp in the cream and mix well.
Blend using the hand blender.
Pour the mango ice cream in an air-tight container, spread it evenly and keep it in freezer.
When it is semi-frozen, whip the mango ice cream using a blender. Pour the mango ice cream in air-tight container again, spread evenly and keep it in freezer till ice cream is set.
Whip one more time and pour in air-tight container, spread and freeze till set.
