Mango Lassi
Mango lassi is a creamy yogurt-based drink in which mango pieces and yogurt is blended along with little water or milk, spices like cardamom, salt or sugar and is like milkshake.

Ingredients

mango - cut into small pieces
1/2-
liter
curd packet
3-4
cardamom pods
or 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
5-6
tablespoon
sugar
5-6
ice cubes
A pinch
salt
Instructions
Peel the cardamom pods and crush the internal seeds. You may use cardamom powder instead of cardamom pods.
To a blender or mixer, all the ingredients that is mango pieces, yogurt or curd, sugar, salt and ice cubes and blend for 5-7 minutes.
Blend together till the curd or yogurt appears smooth and well blended with all other ingredients.
You can adjust sugar and salt according to your taste.
Notes
You may also garnish lassi with chopped dry fruits like pistachios and almonds.
