Mango Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes peeled, cubed and frozen
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar Optional

Instructions

  • Take the mixer blending jar and add the frozen cubed mango, milk and sugar and whip it for 5 minutes. Do not add water.
  • Pour the blended mango into the Popsicle molds and freeze overnight or for 5 to 7 hours.
  • To release the mango pops from molds, place the mango popsicle under running water for few seconds and wiggle them out of the plastic molds.

Notes

Sugar quantity can be increased/decreased according to the sweetness of mango.
