Marinate the fish by applying black pepper powder, lemon juice and salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients mentioned for salsa and keep it aside.
In another small bowl, mix yogurt and seasoning for making the yogurt sauce.
Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes.
Place the marinated fish on the skewers, brush them with oil and grill them for 20 minutes at 200 C.
To assemble the Mexican fish wraps, heat the tortilla for few seconds.
Place it on a plate.
In the centre spread the lettuce.
Spread 2 tablespoon of salsa and grilled fish pieces.
Add 2 tablespoon of yogurt sauce on the top of the fish.
Roll the tortillas by bringing the opposite sides together.
If the roll is very big, cut it in halves and serve with yogurt sauce and salsa.
