Let us see how to make veg spaghetti pasta:

  • Boil water in a saucepan. Add 1 teaspoon oil and ½ teaspoon salt. Add pasta and boil it al-dente.
  • Drain and keep cooked spaghetti pasta aside.
  • In the same saucepan, heat olive oil and add onion.
  • Fry onion till it turns pinkish. Add tomato and sauté till it turns mushy.
  • Now add (bell pepper) capsicum juliennes and baby corn and sauté for 10 minutes.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and stir.
  • Add tomato sauce and chili sauce and mix well.
  • Add cooked spaghetti pasta and mix everything together.
  • Add the red chili flakes and Italian seasoning. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • Garnish with additional Italian seasoning and serve hot.
