Ingredients

fresh paneer/cottage cheese
crumbled

medium sized
onion
finely chopped
2
medium sized
tomatoes
finely chopped

garlic pods
minced

teaspoon
turmeric powder
2
teaspoon
red chili powder
Few
corriander leaves
chopped for garnish

Instructions
Heat a kadai/wok. Add oil and let it get heated.
Add chopped onion and fry till it turns pinkish.
Add finely chopped garlic and finely chopped green chili. Sauté till raw smell of garlic goes away.
Add chopped tomato and fry till tomatoes turn mushy.
Add turmeric powder and red chili powder and mix well.
Now add crumbled paneer and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
