Heat a frying pan. Add oil.
After oil gets heated, add chopped spring onion and sauté.

Then add chopped capsicum and fry. Let the capsicum be bit crispy.
Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
Now add tomato sauce and mix.
Next add soya sauce and mix.
Add black pepper powder and sugar and mix.
Add 1 tablespoon remaining paste from the maida and corn flour batter and mix well. If the paste is over, add 1 tablespoon corn flour.
Add water and salt to taste.
After the sauce becomes bit thick, add fried paneer cubes and coat well with the sauce.
Garnish with spring onion greens.
