Papite Ki Chutney | Papaya Chutney
Papite ki chutney or papaya chutney is a papaya relish made with fresh ripe papayas. This no onion no garlic recipe is usually made and consumed during the Savan or Navratri period in India when many people fast.

Ingredients

Cups
ripe papaya
cut into small pieces
2-3
green chillies
slit
4
tablespoon
sugar
2
teaspoon
oil
To taste
Rock salt/Sendha Namak
1-2
teaspoon
green chilies
finely chopped
1
tablespoon
coriander leaves
chopped
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Add slit green chillies and temper them.
Add the chopped papaya pieces and toss well for a minute.
Gently add salt and sugar and mix. Do not over cook.
Add the chopped green chili and coriander leaves for garnish.
Serve with kutte ke pakore.
