Pudina Chutney
Pudina chutney recipe or mint chutney is dip made with mint leaves and coconut. Pudina chatni is a side dish and is served with dosa, sandwich, rice, or paratha. There are many ways to make pudina chutney.

Ingredients

cup
Pudina/mint leaves
½
cup
coriander leaves
chopped
2
tablespoon
coconut
grated
1
green chili
½
inch
ginger
¼
inch
tamarind
To taste
salt
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a mixer/blender and grind or blend them by adding 2 tablespoon water to make a fine paste.
Remove the ground chutney to a bowl and add salt to taste. Mix well.
