Pudina Chutney

Pudina chutney recipe or mint chutney is dip made with mint leaves and coconut. Pudina chatni is a side dish and is served with dosa, sandwich, rice, or paratha. There are many ways to make pudina chutney.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pudina/mint leaves
  • ½ cup coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon coconut grated
  • 1 green chili
  • ½ inch ginger
  • ¼ inch tamarind
  • To taste salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a mixer/blender and grind or blend them by adding 2 tablespoon water to make a fine paste.
  • Remove the ground chutney to a bowl and add salt to taste. Mix well.
