Shrimp Rice Paper Rolls With Spicy Sriracha Dip

Vegetables used:

lettuce leaves

For spicy sriracha dipping:

cup
mayonnaise

tablespoon
sriracha sauce
Instructions
De-shell and de-vein the shrimps.
Wash and marinate them by applying turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. This step is optional.
Let us assemble the rice paper rolls with filling:
Keep all the vegetables ready.
Take a bowl of warm water and soak the rice paper for 30 seconds or as per instructions on the packet.
Then remove and place the rice paper on a clean surface.
Arrange lettuce leaf, 2 shrimps and few julienne of vegetables in the center of the rice paper.
Fold the edges on each side first. Then roll from the remaining rice paper carefully.

Let us make the spicy sriracha dipping:
Take a mixing bowl. Add 1 cup mayonnaise and 3 tablespoon sriracha sauce and mix well.
Notes
Always serve the shrimp rice paper rolls with spicy sriracha dip or any other spicy dip. This is particularly for people who love spicy food :)
