  • 1 medium sized onion julienned
  • 4 to 5 garlic pods peeled and sliced
  • 1- inch ginger peeled and cut into julienned
  • 3 tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil

  • After oil gets heated, add chopped green beans, julienne onions, ginger and garlic and mix well. Leave it in frying pan for 1 minute.
  • Stir again and then add soy sauce and sugar mixture. Mix well.
  • Keep stirring continuously so that the green beans don’t burn for 2 minutes.
  • Add black pepper powder and mix well.
  • Add salt to taste and mix again.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

  • I have blanched the green beans before stir frying.
  • If you want crispier green beans, then do not blanch.
