Chop strawberries into small pieces.
Add the chopped strawberries to a blender and make puree. Keep it aside.
Heat a kadai and add ghee.
Add raisins and cashewnuts and fry. After raisins puff and cashewnuts turn brownish, remove and keep aside.
Add rava in the same kadai and roast till aroma wafts in air.
Add 1 teaspoon ghee and sugar and mix well.
Heat 2 cups water and pour it over rava in kadai and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Rava will absorb water fast, so stir in between.
Add strawberry pulp, fried nuts and raisins and cardamom powder and mix well.
Mix and stir nicely.
To serve, add little strawberry sheera in a small bowl and invert on a plate.
Garnish with mint leaves and strawberry slices.
