Tomato Cucumber Onion Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice extracted from fresh lemons
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves / cilantro finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Toa mixing bowl, add freshly chopped cucumber, chopped onion, and chopped tomato.
  • Add lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves or cilantro, black pepper, and salt.
  • Toss and serve fresh.

Notes

Note: You may add 1/2 teaspoon chat masala if you like the taste.
